NAS backup solution needed

I just bought a NAS device and I thought it may be a good idea to backup data on it. The problem is that it's a fat32 device and backup files get way bigger than 4Gb.

Does anyone here know of any backup program will split the backup file to accomodate the 4Gb limitation of the fat32 file structure?

Are you wanting an image?
Acronis True Image will take incremental backups of a drive and allows you to set the file size.
