Welcome :)

Can you access the router config?
http://192.168.2.1

Try repairing the Local Area Connection in Network properties.

my belkin router used to let me connect, but restrict internet access and file access when i typed in the wrong WPA-PSK, i went out and got a new router only to realise the problem later, i know this is probably not your problem but try it out? reset router to factory settings, take out power cord to unblock blocked ports??

Try pinging google's ip address (64.233.161.104). If that works the problem is in your DNS settings.
