I have just got a new Sony Walkman (NWA3000) mp3 player. On transfering all my music across i found some of my music did not move. I found that this is the music that is WMA protected. Now I have the licences but don't fancy having to rip all these cd's again (and some of them are lost/damaged). Ive trying reformatting them using my old creative audio converter but it would not convert them (presumily becasue they are protected).
Is there anyway of getting around this? For the lost/damaged cd's i thought i could burn them again (as Media player says i am allowed to do that) then rip it as MP3 etc.

Any better/quicker idea's?

ps sony if you read this your software sucks but your player is great. Sort it out!

I'm not entirely sure what the policy is that's the problem, anyway the mods have been amazingly fast before, so I'll take that as a good sign.

I'l PM you with a link, that way it can't be read by people with illegal ideas.

No, we will not help bypass DRM licencing.
