i have just recently bouht a mikomi webcam SN9C103, while installing it my pc requested i use a new version microsoft window 98 for the installation, which i havent been able to do. a friend gave me a microsoft softwareXP which the computer did not recongnise, it showed an icon which said the disc has no certificate in that case i still cant get my cam working, though i have installed all application software of the cam using the accompanying disc. has anybody had same experience? if yes what can i do? i am looking to know if i can download an application software, and how?

I can find webcam SN9C103 but not mikomi webcam SN9C103.
Look at your box or installation guide to see what OS supports this unit.
If it does not support Windows 98FE or 98SE, then you'll have to find another webcam that the OS will support. Much easier than upgrading your OS.

Thanks Nick, the windows that supports the OS are windows98SE/ME/2000/XP, to be candid i am a novice to all these applications, i really want to get this cam working, n dont have too much money to spend on software right now.

Should work for you if you have at least Windows 98 Second Edition (SE).
Hit Start/settings/Control Panel/System and it will show your OS under System on that page. If SE, follow instructions to install.
Good luck.
