computer really messed up

hey, i'm really new at computers. my computer in messed up, i was wonderin if i restored my computer would it be like it was b4? i also have another problem i lost my restore disc tho.

If you had your Restore disk then, yes it would put your computer into the state it was when you first bought it, but since you don't have that disk, then I'd suggest that you go to the Support page for your computer manufacturer's web site and contact them (e-mail or their problem submital forms) to see if you can get another CD.
