I want to share my internet connection between the two boxes in my room. i have one runnin XP SP2, the other is runnin DSL (Damn Small Linux). I installed a second network card to my XP box and i have a crossover cable connecting the second connection to my linux box. The computer with XP has the dedicated internet comin from the router (downstiars.. so its not an option to run another cat5) comin to it, and i have the second internet connection shared, using the ICS wizard in XP. Does anyone know if this is possible? i'm kind of a linux nub and it might just be an issue of "renewing" the ip in linux. does anyone know what needs to be done to make this work?
