I didn’t watch it watched some film about the American civil war on channel 2 instead lol
I saw the result this morning, well UK's always been pants.
I think it’s because the rest of Europe hate us, but still lol

My house loves it, I try to get out of most games but I normaly get dragged into all englands games and the final.
There not going to win any way, not much point watching.

Terry Wogan, not as funny as last yr but still very funny.
He is the only reason I watch Eurovision.

He is the best thing on Eurovision.
Sadly missed it, I was out spilling an Indian meal down myself with friends, after the excitement of the family Bean pre-nuptials.
Who said last year was tripe? If it was that bird dressed like Xena, they should make her the next Prime Minister of the Ukraine (apart from the fact she hails from somewhere like Hove in Sussex - which isn't very Ukrainian at all).
dudeking, back in the 1800's or thereabouts, we won europap a few times - and we used to come up with timeless classics like LuLu's "Bing tidle tiddle bong" or whatever it was called. Or am I mixing that up with the Monty Python sketch here (http://orangecow.org/pythonet/sketches/europoli.htm)
et maintenant, pour maintenir le thème d'Eurovision, dans français ici (http://www.nomorelyrics.net/es/song/182401.html)
Hint: yes, i know thats in Spanish or something, but thats half the joke!

You forgot to mention the classic Bucks Fizz.. ( groan ).. what is wrong with this country ?? What are the qualifications needed to write a Eurovision CLASSIC.. no musical talent whatsoever...Come on Britain.. with bands like Cold play. Radio head. Muse and even James Blunt.. Why cant we have a decent entry

Same here but I think this year even Terry was getting fed up at the blatant political voting (or whatever it is) I think we should boycott it now, no artiste worth their salt is going to represent the UK.

I heard somewhere that there is going to be a similar event in the USA soon. that will throw up some interesting bi-partisan voting!
You guys in the States are really missing out, you can't explain EuroVision, it defies description
