Exclamation Printer will not print on network

Issue
We have a HP printer connected to a Print server. We also use laptops which wirelessly connect to the network. We purchased a new laptop for the network. It does connect to the network and has an IP address.

The issue is when the new laptop is connected to the network or internet, the other laptops cannot print. No error messages the just will not print. We will then shutdown the new notebook, restart the other notebooks and printer and leave the new notebook off, printer works fine.

We have tried changing the IP addresses on each notebook and printer. No Help.

All suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks

It is possible that DHCP is enabled on that laptop, causing conflicts
on the network, because 2 devices are trying to assign IP"s.
Go to start/all programs/accessories/communications and
run the network setup wizard.
Follow the instructions and tell it you connect to the internet
through a LAN.
That should disable DHCP on that laptop and get rid of the conflict.
