pictures & dlls

Hello again,
I'm having two problems. When I go to My Yahoo and many other web pages, the pictures and banners etc. flash and flicker wildly. When I scroll down past any pics or banners, it no longer does this. This only happens on the internet. The other thing is that I am getting an error message when I try to install any thing that I have downloaded. I no longer get the lz32 error message. Now I get one that says, The NTDLL.DLL file is linked to missing export KERNEL 32.DLL:K32.NtCreate. Can someone help me with this?

Hello again,
In my last post,(pictures & dlls), I unistalled flash player and that solved the flickering and flashing problem.
As for the dll problem, I reinstalled kernel32 dll, but it didn't change anything. I still can't install any software that I have downloaded from the internet. My wife really wants me to install power point
