Illegal Operation II

This is my first time writing to the forum and I need help. The only problem I am having is that when I close a program or restart my computer I am receiving an Illegal Operation message saying that I need to close my program. I also notice in the detail of the Illegal Operation it is saying stack dump. Your help on this matter is most appreciated.

In the detail of the Illegal Operation message, is there an error message that would say something like this:
<program> caused an invalid page fault in module <program>

If so, would you please post it here (please........DON'T list the stack dump stuff, as it's meaningless to most).
