Angry down loading wav files

I'm trying to download some wav files after I download (temp folder) I get an access denied error. Is it a security problem or is it ad aware spyware detector problem

Do you know what program is suppose to start when you click on *.wav files?

Also, when you download these *.wav files how are you starting
the download? With right-mouse "Save Target As..."?

when you click on it (left ) it should either download or open.
and nothing works I can't open or download the wav files
and this happens at any site not just the one I listed

When you start a wav file does it normally play through
Windows Media Player, or Real Player, or WinAmp?
