Is there any way to find a the deleted web histroy. I am not very good with this thing, so I need a lot of detail. I am amazed that I can even find the web sometimes! :dizzy:
Thank you

Not really. Once you delete or clear all your history, it's gone the same way any other item is deleted. It's still on the hard drive but will soon be written over. Only accomplished data recovery may be used but seems a waste of time just for web history.
If you are using IE, you can adjust the amount of days the history is stored.
Once you hit "Clear History", it's gone for the most part.
Does this help?

If using Internet Explorer, you may be able to examine the index.dat file (http://www.dirfile.com/index_dat_viewer.htm) for a history of sites visited. Though, depending on how your history got erased, it may also be empty.
