fuzzy internet photos

Hi,

I just purchased a new Toshiba laptop with XP media. The photos on the internet (only) are fuzzy. Does anyone have any ideas? Smart image dithering is checked.

Thanks

Does your ISP offer any kind of "accelerator" for faster web browsing or have you purchased or signed up for such a feature from your ISP?

One of the ways they make pages load faster is reduce the quality of the graphics which makes the files smaller. The result is that pages load faster but pictures and other graphics can be fuzzy.

I just switched from h speed cable to verizon wireless- first time wireless user. I looked through the access manager and changed the venturi preferences for better quality photos. It worked. Thanks
