Sites Not Able to Redirect.

I am facing this problem: When I visit sites with advertisments, my internet browser is not able to redirect me to the next page. Instead, it always refresh to the advertisment page again and again. It happens to all the sites I tried visiting. Please help. Thanks alot.

Open an explorer window and click on tools, then internet options, then advanced. Make sure "reusue windows for launching shortcuts" is unchecked. That should allow when you click on a link/advertisement it will open it in another windo and hopefully resolve your issue.
