DansGuardian
This has never come-up before, and I'm pretty sure I didn't install anything to make it come up, it's just come out of nowhere and is blocking lots of sites- which I usually go on, and (in spanish) says that they've been filtered because they're "inapropraite". The page is entirely in Spanish.

Have you installed it or a web filter/proxy/internet security program?
If not then it may be your ISP filtering sites. What is your net setup?
