AIM Help

My friends and I use AIM 5.9 (classic AIM) to instant message each other. However it is not working. We either have to minimize or x out to see each others responses. Can this be fixed? If so how?

I had the same exact aim version but I do not remember since it has been over 2 years since I haved used Aim. Your best bet instead of trying to fix your current version would to upgrade to maybe aim triton. If your computer is able to handle it. Or any other version that is newer than 5.9 To do this I believe you go to one of the links on the toolbar maybe it's my aim im not sure but there will be a button that says Upgrade aim depending on what type of connection you have it may take 10 min for dsl or 30 min for Dial-up
