Talking Firefox Cache

In what folder does firefox store its cache?

LIke whenever I go to the fast and furious tokyo drift site and download the trailer where does it store it? I want it on my computer so I can mess with some of the video.

Open a Firefox browser and type about:cache in the address bar, hit Enter or Go. You can see the directory path and list the entries. I don't know if it caches the video.
