A few weeks ago, my computer got a virus and I got help from Cyber Tech Help to get it removed. I removed it, but now my internet is really slow. I have a DSL connection and it was fast before I fixed it. Now it seems like it takes forever for websites to load. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Which browser are you using? It maybe as simply as cleaning out your temp files and cache.

could it be a problem with your ISP? Maybe give them a courtesy call?? or alternatively, check out this product, OnSpeed. its an internet accelerator which is compatible with most OS, can be used for both MAC n PC too. Sits quietly in your pc/laptop, and flexible enough for you to turn it on or off. Trials showed that it increases both dial-up and broadband speed, although more significant for dial-up.
i'm on broadband, but i've got it installed as well. why not check out the free trial at [SPAM removed by z1p] |

Hi, for starters lets adjust IE a little bit.
Open IE and go to Tools> Internet Options> General tab> at the Cache click on "Adjustments" (or a similar word, language differencies you see...) and reduce it to around 20 MB. Click OK> Apply> OK Please post back and tell how it is going now?
