On behalf of TSG I would like to apologize to the members and staff of Cyber Tech Help. Please do not get the wrong idea about our forum based on the posts here. This website should have never been involved in what is an internal matter. We provide excellent technical support just as this forum does, and I feel both places need to concentrate on that task and continue to help people with their problems.

Please accept this apology and thank you.

Thanks for this post.

We certainly have better things to do than clean up the sort of things that were being posted and I certainly do not expect to see any retaliatory raids by CTH members or staff back to TSG.

Smurfy, you are welcome. Personally this type of cross forum bs disgusts me. We are all in this together. I am personally embarrassed by the behaviour of certain members and staff of TSG. We can not loose sight of the goal of forums of these types. They are an invaluable service to newbie and veteran alike. :)

I'm not about to hunt out my login details for my TSG membership just to post on this but I would appreciate seeing a post in that thread over there to explain to "mulder" what the facts actually are.
Maxx has absolutely no power here.

To those members (and staff) of TSG reading this thanks to Mulder's link, please be informed:
Whilst maxximilian is a member of this forum, to suggest it is he that is keeping your crap off our pages is ill-informed and frankly less that I would expect from normally respected techs such as yourselves.

To suggest that a forum openly run by an individual in the UK (David Wills aka MishY) for over 8 years is maxximilian's 'new forum' is again ill-informed and less than I would expect.

To incite the sort of open vandalism of our forum as is being suggested by staff of TSG is deeply concerning and you may wish to reconsider.

Smurfy I see what you are seeing now. I have no explanation. I have no idea how this became so twisted. Obviously, Maxximillion has no authority here. I don't know where that came from. But, please understand that the actions of these few members and staff is not indicative of TSG as a whole. Again, I apologize :(

As accurately stated by Smurfy, Maxximilian does not hold any position on CTH other than as a forum member.

You can find who does have any authority on CTH here: http://www.cybertechhelp.com/about/

I am the owner of CTH (I am the "David" that Smurfy mentioned above).

I appear to have arrived here somewhat late, but my thanks go to the ever effective, ever fair CTH moderators for clearing this mess up.

If any official person from TSG needs to get in contact with me to have a chat now or in the future: davidwills [at] cybertechhelp.com

But as far as CTH and myself are concerned this whole situation is over. Thank you for your apology post it is appreciated.

Topic & drama closed.
