You don't really have to purchase Expresszip, I opened it quite easily, but all the instructions are there.

You mean this didn't work for you?
* 1. Press Start and select Run
* 2. Type CMD and press Enter
* 3. Type regsvr32 "filename".dll and press Enter

Also what OS are you using?
