Question How to clear the history

Hello,
All.

I have loaded Windows XP on my system and I use Internet Explorer 6.0. I had visited some sites like hotmail and yahoo. Now I am unable to clear the history. Tried everything.

Cleared the cache, cleared history, disabled autocomplete, deleted the registry entry. But nothing happens. I even reinstalled IE 6.0 on the system. But, the same thing.

Can anyone help me...........

Thanks.

Hi jarney71 - try this and see if it helps. Go here and download and install Tweak UI for WinXP.

When its installed, click on Explorer and select "Clear Document History Upon Exit" This setting removes recent documents history, run dialogue box history and typed URL history when you log off.

Let us know how you get on.
