I've used IrfanView (http://irfanview.com/) for quite a while - believe that it has been mentioned in other threads - but again - free, and allows quick cropping & resizing - take a look, if interested. :happy:

Easy Thumbnails (http://www.fookes.com/ezthumbs/) is pretty good, you can just change the size of the "thumbnail" to whatever you want and it will resize as many images as you want to that size, bigger or smaller than the original
