IRC in Java
Can anyone help?
I've just launched a website, and users have requested a chat window on the site, i would like to use IRC, and i've been told i can use a java applet for this. I really could do with some info as i'm not really ofae with Java, or IRC. I'm not sure if this will cost anything to setup, i hope not. Here's what i need to know: - How do i setup my own IRC channel? - Where can i get a Java IRC applet? Advanced thanks

Depends on the applet. Which one are you using? Most likely it'll accept parameters from the HTML code like this, but it may not be able to.
