what if you could open all the posts with no replies from the latest date onward?
ah i just realised there is a funtion for this, sorry

;) Only kidding. There is an item under Quick Links to show all unaswered posts (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/search.php?do=process&replyless=1&replylimit=0&searchdate=1&beforeafter=after&sortby=threadstart) for the day. Or you can go to the advanced search option and look for posts that have at most 0 replies and that is newer than a given date.
