??? Insert the 'DocumentViewer' disk & click OK ???

Hi,

I keep getting the following message when looking at media on my pc:

**** Insert the 'DocumentViewer' disk and click OK ****

I do not know what this means and where I can find what I need to install so this window stops popping up.

Any help would be most appreciated
