Ewido

I have used Ewido for a long time, now I have put it on my new PC and when I double click to open the prog, I get 'Security Suite.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience'. So I click close and it closes. However, if I dont click close, I can run the updates and even scan my pc which seems odd. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and unticked the boxes as per instructions here, but it hasnt solved the problem, I still get the 'problem' error msg. Any ideas what could be wrong with it? Never had probs on other pc's
