Outlook XP email sucked into local station

I have a user who has Outlook on her local station, and every time she is setup on an extra station all of her email is sucked into the extra station and is no longer available on her own desktop. I figured this out once long ago, and I've now forgotten what it was. I'm scratching my head this time. Anybody know what this might be?
