Okay here's my problem:

I have phone software which lets me connect my phone to the computer via a USB cable. I try to install this software and a pop-up shows up saying ''1645:'' and that's it.... I haven't had problems with the installation of this software up until recently. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

P.S This software installs with a CD. So does that mean the CD has corrupt files or something?

The software I'm trying is an LG Phone manager and PC Sync software CD
