Alright this issue has happened before, unfortunly I managed to lose the installation files that a tech one time left behind.
Everytime I do recovery than Windows Updates, Windows Updates some how causes my PC Microphone to not work or The Windows Sounds pause for a bit than the sound goes off when ever I press functions that use Windows Sounds or when something pop's up that uses Windows Sounds. I'm not totally sure what driver I would need or what fix to install.
