There was a drunken man hobbling down the street when the cops came up to him.
"Everything OK?" asked the cops.
"Some dude stole my car!" replied the drunken man, seeming very angry.
"Well, sire, we can report it... and.. uh.. sir, are you aware that your penis is hanging out of your pants?" said the cops, quite confused at this point.
"Ah, they must have stolen my girlfriend too!" finally replied the man, after looking down at himself for quite a time.
