Hello,

I am wondering what is the proper protocal for contacting a staff member who has been helping resolve some issues with my computer. I do understand that the staff is a volunteer army and do not want to seem too pushy. But I posted my last requested log files 3 days ago and have not heard back from my support staff member. Is this an unreasonable amount of time to wait? Or is it ok to contact them either via private message or email?

Thank you for your guidance with regards to this issue.

is your post in cybersafety ??? hijack log then put a note here (http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=106105) saying you have waited 3 days for a reply

edited .. i see Tom has been dealing with you.... just leave a note in the above thread . Im sure he has not forgotten you on purpose.. Cybersafety is a very busy place at times.

If after another 24 hours have passed with no reply.. add a new post to your original thread saying have we finished Tom

\If you still have not had a reply ( which is very unlikely ) i would send him a PM. but only as a last resort
