for every nice normal person there were half a dozen maniacs.... it made me very uncomfortable i must tell you... so i stopped using them..

I used to play Literati (Yahoo) and the banter that went on in the 'lobby' was an eye opener. There were some strange people there, some Im sure were borderline psychotic(no exaggeration) also some were really nice . After death threats, racial hatred stuff (to everyone in this lobby, not just me) and goodness knows what else I left. It was like a parallel universe. If you are thick skinned and take all this stuff with a pinch of salt I suppose some of it could be seen as amusing, but I found it all a bit scary

I went into a white supremacist chat room once, for a laugh. They kicked me out cos I had a song by Marvin Gaye on my computer....:rotflmao:
I can't keep up with the conversations anyway - I type too slow. So, like in the Nazi one, I would just read what others were saying and laugh at them.
