Exclamation need to create a return url in html code?

Hey, everything is working in my Autoresponder Unlimited script except one thing. In the Autoresponder admin control panel their is a small form I filled out and it looks like this:

"From" Name
"From" Email
Add unsubscribe link: Ticked
Send report to admin: Ticked
Redirect after registration to : http://xxxxxxxxx.com/thanks.html

I then saved that form and clicked "Generate HTML Code" and it loks like this:

<form method="POST" action="http://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/cgi-bin/autoresponder/ar.cgi"><input type="hidden" name="mode" value="register"><input type="hidden" name="ar" value=ncwdavid><div align="center"><center><table border="1" cellSpacing="0" bgcolor="#C0C0C0" cellpadding="2"><tr><td align="right"><font face="Tahoma" size="2">Name:</font></td><td><font face="Tahoma" size="2"><input type="text" name="user" size="20"></font></td></tr><tr><td align="right"><font face="Tahoma" size="2">Email:</font></td><td><font face="Tahoma" size="2"><input type="text" name="email" size="20"></font></td></tr><tr><td align="right" colspan="2"><div align="center"><center><p><font face="Tahoma" size="2"><input type="submit" value="Subscribe" name="B1"></font></td></tr></table></center></div></form>

I think it leaves out the return url for after the registration because it does not look like its their and I have tested this HTML code and a box came up and I wrote down my name and email address and clicked subscribe but it only brings me to and error page but the name and email address I submitted got save to my txt file in my directory.

Could someplease tell me how to add a return url into that html code?
