How do I find out if i have "power over ethernet" on my LAN or any computer or not?

The manufacture's label will have Power Over Ethernet or PoE listed.
You should know that you can only power low amperage devices such as a switch or wireless repeater from PoE. It isn't designed to power computers or laptops.
