What Linux Should I install???

any version of linux will work with your setup, you'd get a better response if you posted this at the linux forum though. Try this site http://www.linux.org/

For that setup, I would suggest using either Xubuntu (ubuntu-based) or Vecto Linux (slackware-based). Also, check http://www.distrowatch.com for a list of many popular linux distributions.
