I have audio mp3 files from conference dvd's that I purchased, but they are stored on CD's. iTunes will play them when the CD is in my laptop, but won't import them from the CD--at least I can't figure out how to.
Does anyone know how I can do that?

Well, I'm not a user of iTunes, so cannot comment on the program's features; but mp3s are simply data files that can be copied to the specific folder that iTunes may be using and then added to a playlist? Just a possible 'work-a-round' but hope others familiar w/ the program will provide more specific help. Good luck.

I sold Ipod long time ago but if my memory serves me right, you can only import single track or single folder. So in order to import multiple tracks, move them to 1 folder, then let Itunes import.

Hi
Drop the music on to your hard drive. Open itunes. Add the music from your saved location on your hard drive to your library. Select the tracks from your library and add them to your ipod.

Thank you all for your help! The suggestion to save it to my hard drive first is what we came up with also and it looks like it works.
I appreciate your input!
