hi i'm confused about which is the best way to save songs on my hard drive so i can then burn them. Obviously i have a cd-rw with nero 5. I'd put some songs from cd's into the windows media player and i have some mp3 songs on the real one player. Firstly am i confusing things by using the players?? When reading the nero manual it made it sound like everything i need is in the software but i don't understand it. Anyway in my ignorance i copied the mp3's to a new folder on the c/drive, however the cd songs from the media player are all grouped together in one exported file. Should i export these songs individually to my folder?? Also does putting them in a playlist and exporting them make any difference or are they just links to the songs?? I'm totally lost.
What should i be doing??
Also can anyone recommend software that converts mp3 to cda as i think the bundled software with nero only lets me do 30??
thanks

ok then as an add on to that, i've got all my mp3 and cda's in one folder on the c drive now but when i drag the cda's across it says ' nero can not determine scsi/adapti device that corresponds with this drive letter ' . These cda's have all been loaded from my d drive (cd-rw) and for some reason they have the windows media player icon, is this something to do with it??? thanks

Can't you just burn them from one CD to another, without having to put them onto your hard drive?

I think you'll find that this program will do the file converting that you want!!! :)
