Please someone help me with my email before I go mad!

Right its a bit of a long story so please bear with me.

I have BT Broadband Yahoo thingy and I have two email accounts with them, purely because I have two Ebay accounts and I can't use the same email on both accounts.

Up until yesterday everything was fine and I was getting all my emails through Outlook Express.

Yesterday my Outlook Express disappeared and I had no way of getting into my emails.

I tried getting it back but for whatever reason its completely disappeared and I can't get it back.

Anyway, I downloaded that Thunderbird Mozilla email thingy and I could receive emails but not send them. I played around with it all last night but nope nothing worked.

This morning I thought I would try Incredimail, its good in that I can send emails but now I can't receive them!! What on earth am I doing wrong?

I think I have got all my settings correct but being a complete technophobe and basically just messing around I don't really have any idea. Can someone please help me before I either throw a major wobbly and jump up and down on my computer or I just give up entirely?!

If there's no shortcut for Outlook Express on the Start Menu or if there is but it doesn't start OE, open My Computer and navigate to "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express and find the msimn.exe file. If it's there, double click it to open it.

If Outlook Express opens, go back to the msimn.exe file, right click it, point the cursor at "Send To" and left click "Desktop" to put a shortcut to OE back on your desktop.

Thanks, just tried that and this is what it says:

"Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to open the Outlook express message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk may be full. Contact Microsoft for further assistance".

When I click ok on that another box pops up saying this:-

Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be installed correctly.

What now?? This whole thing is driving me nuts!
