really small writing on some web pages

I have a problem with some web pages. My display settings are 800 x 600 (32 bit) and it is fine normally, but some pages I encounter have writing so small I can hardly read them! I have tried udjusting my settings to see if it helps with them but with no luck. Has anyone any suggestions?
Thanks!

If you use IE to browse go View/Text size and make medium or higher.

Or if you have a wheel mouse, hold down one of the Ctrl keys and spin the wheel until you find a text size you like.
