Exclamation Rapid Restore floppy issue

I am building a PC with windows 2000 on it. Company policy requires rapid restore to be installed. It installs fine, but when you get to the part of the installation where they tell you to put in a blank floppy (version 3.01 SP1 (build 6625.1.34.1)) it will try to find the disk and fail. An error says that the floppy disk cannot be reached because of one of the following reasons A) You didn't Insert a floppy disk B) The disk is corrupted C) Rapid Restore cannot communicate with floppy disk.

(sorry that wasn't word for word, but I am currently re-imaging the computer so I do not have a reference.)

The floppy drive is accessible via My Computer and works fine. I have also tried different disks. Any help here would be appreciated. Thank you!
