Block Porn with Proxy Auto Configuration Files?

hello,
i must first admit that i do not know very much at all about proxy, and how to set certain settings within it. but i do know this, i desperately want to block any and all porn from being able to be viewed on my computer.
i came across this site, and it seems quite informative, and useful, but due to my ignorance of proxy, it is not making much sense to me, i want to configure the proxy to block out porn for IE and mozilla firefox also. If anyone could help me even further in depth than what this website gives would very very very much appreciated.

here is the site.

first of all, you cannot block any and all porn from your system. Its impossbile. You can block alot of it but not all. In the meantime, when you are blocking porn, you will also be blocking alot of good info also that uses the same keywords.

To answer your question, you need to download the file then follow the instructions step by step. I cannot give better instructions that what they already give. They even have pictures.

Here's what we use at work...
http://www.nwtechusa.com/webmarshal.html
I've *cough* heard of *cough* porn sites with little or no text to indicate they have adult content but the image content is filtered by WebMarshall.

I don't know of any free alternatives though.

Moving this to the Internet forum.
