How do I restart a browser?

click on the browser icon. However, if you need more info, please provide more info about the browser - like what browser? Who is your internet provider? What operating system.

well i use internet explorer. I don't know much about computers so i can't tell you much. The internet provider is ???? I use yahoo for my e-mail and stuff.

"Restart" means close the program and then re-open it.
Your internet service provider (ISP) is whoever you pay for internet access.
To find out what operating system, assuming you're using Windows, right click on My Computer then left click on Properties. The operating system will be listed on the General tab under "System."
