How to set Firefox back to factory setting?

Hi,

Do anybody know how to set firefox back to its factory setting? ( in other words, i mean back to like freshly install )

If you don't want to lose your bookmarks, back those up to your My Documents folder first.

Then uninstall Firefox in Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs.

Then go to Start>Search>All files and folders (or in Win98, Start>Settings>Find) and tell it to search for Mozilla. Delete all the folders it finds.

Then reinstall Firefox.

If it's just some extensions you want to get rid of, in Firefox go to Tools>Extensions and uninstall the ones you don't want anymore.

If the problem is with spyware, nothing you do to Firefox will fix that.

Well, What I really mean is that when I try to add BOOKMARKs onto Firefox...it would not let me...but it doesn't say any erros or anything! I try almost everything but I'll try your solution. Please stay back on the thread. Thanks

*Edit - I just did what you said, but everything I saved like my history and everything is the same thing. Also, I still cannot seem to bookmark!!! aRHHD
