connection problem
im running windows 98 on an old comp with dialup service. well all of a sudden its doing this thing were i will connect to the internet and my homepage will comeup but then a few seconds later a window popsup saying there was an error with internet explorer and it will need to shut down. It also has a option to restart internet explorer. any ideas???
