help!!!! my internet explorer wont work

My laptop has a built in blue tooth wireless connection, and at my parents house there have a wireless router, my computer used to work and go straight onto the internet but since ihave had problems with an internet service provider who messed me about and now i cant just go onto the internet.
when ever i click on the internet explorer icon the web page opens up and then an error message says i am FORBIDDEN access becuase access is denied or something like that.

i have right clicked onthe internet exploror icon and gone into the "internet properties" then connections and there is nothing in my connections but i have no idea how toset this all back up again. please can someone help me

Try contacting your internet provider.

On the connections tab, click on the Setup button, step through the wizard, entering the information required, some of which you got from your ISP.

If you don't know the information the New Connection wizard requires, contact your ISP as Little Wing advised.

It almost sounds like he cant get into the router to access the internet. Or it is typing in a password that is wrong automatically. Can you even get into the router?

Oops....seanthebond's correct...I apparently didn't absorb the information about there being a router.

Run the New Connection wizard and tell it to obtain the IP and DNS automatically so it can connect to the router.
