My Java wont work

Hello can anyone help me out with this problem??
I rolled back my computer because of locking up slow browser speeds
So after I did this and updated my browsers ( Avant,Mozilla,Internet exploror,And Opera.
I tried them all trying to get java to work but Java will not work with any of them.
I tied to download Java again but it will not even download
I cant figure it out
I have no idea why Java will not even download from Java site
I tried all the browsers with the same result
And I thought maybe malware or spyware
But run my spyware (Ad aware, Spybot) but still no results in running Java
There were no viruses found either
Please help me out with this

Try uninstalling all Java components (Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs) and then re-downloading and installing.
