Need Help with address bar

I need help with my address bar. It does not want to work. I can't see th address bar. I don't know where to write any addresses. I pressed the right key on the mouse where the ttol bars are at. I clicked Address Bar and took away the little check mark it had next to it. Now I have no address bar and even though I do the same thing, but now to have My address bar, it doesn't appear. All you see is a box named Address Bar but not the actual address bar.
I've had this problem for days now and I don't know what to do. Please help me someone.

Howdy and welcome to CTH:

Put your mouse cursor over the vertical bar to the left of where it says "Address Bar".. it should turn into something like this "<->"..

Now, left click and HOLD your mouse and drag everything to the left..

Did it turn into the double-headed arrow??

Also, make sure the "Lock Toolbar" option is NOT checked..

The problem is I don't have an address bar. All I have is a little box that says "Address Bar" but not an address bar. If I bring the arrow to it noting happens, only if I press the right mouse button. No double arrows appear.

The little box with "address bar" in it is on the right side of the screen correct??

What happens if you put the cursor over the "left side" of the square "Address Bar" is in??

It is on the far right side. At the end of all the toolbar options.

Right click on an empty space on the Toolbar and if there's a check mark next to "Lock the toolbars," click on it to uncheck it.

Now look directly to the left of the word "Address" and you should see a faint vertical line of dots. Hover the mouse cursor over those dots and the cursor should turn into a double-headed arrow.

When it turns into a double-headed arrow, press and hold the left mouse button and drag the line of dots to the left. The address bar should appear.
