unsolved email mystery

hey everybody,
i had this same question posted in windows xp forum, but it wasnt solved so im trying my luck here............i cannot access certain pages on the internet mostly email loggin pages i have had several suggestions that i had to lower sucurity but it has done nothing im starting to think my pc wasnt made to do email does anyone have an idea that might help me any answer would be greatly appriciated!!!!

:9 thank you for trying to help me but it didnt do anything i guess its because i dont have the windows xp cd. Is there any way I can reinstall IE without the cd?

No, not really.. Where is your XP cd and what is the make of your system??

Yep.. Legally, your friend was required to supply the cd with the system or wipe XP from it..

Suggest you contact them and get it..
