IE Question...

I'm having trouble deleting my files.

I clear my history, files and cookies, but in the address bar, it still has the autocomplete for my previously visited pages... so IE actually isn't removing them from the cache!

How can I remove them from the cache, to where it won't show them anymore in the address bar? I thought it was supposed to remove them from the address bar when I deleted my files?

open msie, click on content, click on autocomplete settings, then disable it or unselect it or whatever, (not using msie at this time so not sure of path)

Click on Tools>Internet options>Content>Auto Complete. You can delete this from there.
Dammit came in 3rd place in this race!

Thanks...

while you're here, the reason I was trying to figure this out was for a bigger problem I'm having. The post is at http://www.cybertechhelp.com/forums/...d.php?t=127672

If you could possibly help, I'd appreciate it a lot! I explain why I wanted to figure out this question in my last post on that page. Let me know if you think this might have something to do with it.

THANKS!
