sound card and driver problems

I have a sound blaster pci128 sound card and the applicable driver. Somehow my driver became "disconnected". The system said it was there but the sound icon on your toolbar disappeared. In trying to install a new driver a message came up that I must install my 98se disk (which I do not have). I closed and got out but now I have no sound and when Windows comes on it says to insert the disk again and path not found for Ksuser.dll file. HELP!!!!

search your computer for base4.cab
if you find it, that is the source you can use as windows CD..

and IF you find that folder, please burn all of it to a CDR.
write your key onto it too.
